The products

We have done our utmost to make the descriptions and pictures of our products on the website as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of the fabrics and the handmade production of most of our products, slight variation in colour and size might occur.

Order and payment

We want you to shop safely with Ethical Classics online. The site has been secured in various ways. You can use the online web shop facilities to order and to pay. Your payment will take place via the secured payment facilities of PayPal. You can pay by credit card, by using your PayPal account.
If you don’t want to use the online web shop facilities, or if you don’t want to pay by credit card or using PayPal, you can order via to the contact form. Just tell us what you would like to order and we will send you an invoice telling you how you can pay by cheque, postal order or using your own online banking facilities. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you your order.
Choose what suits you best. We will do our utmost to have your order delivered within 5 working days.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return (part of) your purchase, please do so within 7 days. Please tell us on the Returns Form supplied with your delivery whether you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, a credit note or refund. Complete en enclose the Returns Form, and send it to us along with the unused product in its original packaging by secure delivery to the address given on the Returns Torm. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Ethical Classics at your own expense. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at Ethical Classics’ expense.
